Highly averse to the use of the serial comma and furniture manufactured with veneers, Jon is known for telling it like it is. And that he does, usually in the form of words. A New York native, he's held creative posts at some of the most highly regarded agencies in the world for clients in a variety of categories. Primarily a writer, Jon’s expertise spans across online and offline media, making him a true integrated marketing master.

Sara Sisenwein – SVP/ Managing Partner

A true master of both planning and buying, Sara is a media powerhouse. A born negotiator and strategic thinker, Sara has worked in almost every medium, negotiated naming rights to professional sporting stadiums, worked product placement deals on TV and feature films and continues to invent new ways to maximize dollars spent. Having worked for top agencies in New York, Sara has had the luxury of learning from the best in the industry on an impressive client list full of well-known brands.

Tom Schumacher – VP/Partner, Creative Director

Dad. Coach. Art Director. Tom wears many hats and has had the experiences to go with them. He’s done his time in the New York City ad world and has lived to tell about it. Along the way he’s worked in everything from automotive to packaged goods, creating conceptual solutions that work across any media. He also makes some mean buffalo wings. If you ask nice, he’ll make you some.

Cooper – Resident Dog

Partial to long naps during the day with a trip or two to the facilities, Cooper is an all around love. Weighing just over 60 lbs, he’s likely to jump up in your lap when you’re not looking. Just tell him “off” and he’ll give you the saddest face you’ve ever seen.
